Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!!: We do not require payment in advance, so please show up for your appointment on time! We tend to get quite busy and are rarely able to answer phone calls. All appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling must be made online through our customer portal or through our "Chat With Us" option. The Customer Portal can be used to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time and to speak with a live chat agent! Multiple missed appointments will lead to account restrictions. *We practice and enforce COVID-19 social guidelines and rules while in building. We reserve the right to refuse service if you fail to comply* -All clients must maintain social distancing/6 foot distance from other clients.
