Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!!: We do not require payment in advance, so please show up for your appointment on time! We tend to get quite busy and are rarely able to answer phone calls. All appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling must be made online through our customer portal or through our "Chat With Us" option. The Customer Portal can be used to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time and to speak with a live chat agent! We only reserve appointments for 5 minutes past appointments time. After 5 minutes, your stylist may help another client instead or head home, if after hours. Please use the "chat with us" to notify us if you're running late so we can try to plan accordingly to best help you. Multiple missed appointments will lead to account restrictions.
